Placing an order means you accept these terms.

The main features of the products and services are described on the website. Photos are as accurate as possible but are not contractual. Offers are valid while stocks or availability last.

Prices

Prices include all taxes and are shown in the displayed currency (EUR). Any delivery or travel costs are stated before the order is confirmed. Orders

Orders are placed following the steps offered on the website or by message. An order is final only once confirmed by Terre & Lin (entreprise fictive, site de démonstration Betta Studio), which may refuse an order for a legitimate reason (product unavailable, ongoing dispute, abnormal request).

Payment

Delivery or performance

Delivery or performance times and conditions are stated when ordering. In case of delay, we will inform you as soon as possible; you may then cancel the order under the conditions provided by law.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and ordered at a distance, you have fourteen days to withdraw, without giving any reason: from receipt of the product, or from the conclusion of the contract for a service. To exercise it, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (email or letter). We will refund you within fourteen days, using the same means of payment; return costs are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

This right does not apply, in particular, to goods made to your specifications or personalised, goods that deteriorate rapidly, services fully performed with your agreement before the end of the period, or accommodation, catering or leisure services scheduled for a specific date.

Legal guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If a lack of conformity appears within two years of delivery, you may obtain repair or replacement of the product or, failing that, a price reduction or a refund.

For any complaint, please contact us. If no amicable solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator.
