When does my order ship?
Ordered before 1 pm on a working day, it ships the same day by Colissimo. Allow two days in France for home delivery, three for a pick-up point.
Is delivery free?
Yes, from €80 in mainland France. Below that, it costs €4.90 to your home and €3.90 to a pick-up point. Collection from the Rouen shop is always free.
Are the stoneware pieces all identical?
No: each piece is thrown or finished by hand. Sizes vary by a few millimetres and the glaze runs differently from one piece to the next.
Can I return an item?
You have thirty days to change your mind. Linen must be unwashed and in its packaging; stoneware must be intact. Returns to the shop are free.
