Delivery, collection and returns
How are my orders packed?
In recycled cardboard, padded with crumpled paper, with no plastic. Stoneware is wrapped piece by piece; linen is folded into a reusable linen pouch.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes, to Belgium, Switzerland and the rest of the European Union. Costs and delivery times appear above for the country you choose.
How do I return an item?
Write to us within thirty days of delivery and we will send you a return label. The refund is made within five days of receiving the parcel.
What if a piece arrives broken?
Send us a photo within forty-eight hours and we will replace or refund it, with nothing to send back.
